Return Policy

Lotus Destiny™ sells only the highest quality products we can find. We make every effort to assure that your product arrives to you in perfect condition. We realize that customers sometimes receive goods that are damaged, defective, or they no longer want the product for a variety of reasons. Returned items must be accompanied with a return authorization number and be received by us in unused and perfect saleable condition within 30 days of initial delivery to you. Please contact us for a return authorization number. Unless your product is defective or damaged, shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable.

If you received damaged items or defective products please notify us immediately and we will either replace the product or refund your money.

If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization number. We will accept returns only on new, unused and untested merchandise within 30 days of delivery. No refunds will be given for products that cannot be sold as new.

IMPORTANT! THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY OPENED VIDEO OR AUDIO PRODUCTS. Unless there is an actual defect in the movie or CD we will not issue a refund or exchange the product for another.

Shipping charges are not refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping actual shipping charges will be deducted from the total.

If products are returned with missing packaging and or parts, a credit will be issued (less shipping charges) less 15% restocking fee upon receipt of returned merchandise. Returns sent COD will be refused.

Lotus Destiny™ cannot be held responsible for returned products that have failed to be delivered or have been damaged during return shipping. Please make sure all returns are packed securely and insured. Returns from United States and Internationally should indicate the contents as Returned Items on the Customs Documentation.
